Paws of War Presents "Caesar and Taylor's Story". Paws of War is a non-profit dedicated to rescuing animals from war torn regions and matching them with US military personnel that are in need of therapeutic, support animals. Utilizing photos and videos provided by the soldier and Paws of War, we crafted a story that centered on the touching story of a traumatized US Army soldier saving an entire litter of puppies overseas, and reuniting with one in particular after her tour. Both the soldier and dog went through unimaginable circumstances, but they created a strong bond through love that facilitated deep healing for both.

StrengthX - A holistic wellness company. This was a video created to help advance the understanding of what the company does, which included pre-production, production, and post-production.
Swae "About Video" - Fully customized motion-graphic explainer video
For this technology based client, they wanted a fun, fully graphic driven explainer video on how their platform works for their own sales. Utilizing screenshots, icons, and vector images, we added custom 2D and 3D animation to almost every frame, while staying within the brands identity and delivering a clear, digestible message.

Advanced Alignment - A holistic wellness company. This was a video created to help advance the understanding of what the company does, in particular a unique technology that helps correct patients spinal alignment and overall health and wellness. This project included pre-production, production, and post-production.

In order to deliver your message effectively, sometimes it's not about talking directly to a camera, but having dynamic graphics and energetic music to drive it all. In this piece, we took the client's core messaging and animated text using the brand identity for an about video that does all the work through music and graphics. This custom piece is on example of how simple text can be animated to create a compelling, and effective video.
Full Service Event Sizzle
Kevin Harrington and Phil Smith organized a 2 day mastermind event in Las Vegas to help entrepreneurs take their business or idea to the next level. Mark captured the entire 2 day event as a solo videographer and edited a polished, energetic sizzle with high-end graphics, as well as a series of testimonial videos from event attendees.
On Air Promo - Nickelodeon - Spongebob's 20th Anniversary Activation
Spongebob Squarepants is 20 years old! To celebrate this yellow, porous, wonderful character, Nickelodeon launched a global activation, which included bus, ferry, and train wraps, Times Square signage, murals, and even a crop circle in England! I was tasked to edit an overview promo for Spongebob's Best Year Ever campaign.

This tongue and cheek series by IFC called Mayhem took blockbuster action movies and presented them in a way that dialed down the action at the end of the promo in a comedic way. Other spots in this campaign included The Departed, The Town, and The Tournament.

Reality TV - Nat Geo Wild
Created by Nat Geo Wild, this group of backyard pond specialist starred in a reality styled new series called Pond Stars. This promo was the series sell, or overview of the shows premise. Mark also edited several episodics for the first set of episodes that were rolled out.
Multi-cam 'soup to nuts'
This is a great example of a full service video that includes multi-cam production, editing, graphics and music composition.
In this 2 camera set-up, real time and time lapse footage of the wood burning process was recorded. Then an original music track was composed by Mark as Petrichord and the promo was edited with a graphics template.
The wood burning itself is also done by Mark, under the banner of Make Your Mark Creations.

The framework for larger videos look like this:
- Video strategy (e.g., how does this relate and connect to your overarching content strategy?)
- Pre-production
- Production day (the day you shoot the video)
- Post-production services (editing the video, where the magick happens!)
Process: The key is knowing where to start with video and how it creatively integrates with your content strategy. What is the goal? How will you use video? Where will the video(s) go? Etc. Etc. It's smart to do a real strategy when it comes to content!
