Monthly Strategic Guidance with Guru (which means Influential Teacher): Natalie Viglione
Let's face it, the world gets crazier and crazier, especially with new technologies. It can be overwhelming when you feel like what you're thinking isn't "good enough" and you can totally psych yourself out. It can be hard to get out of the brain and into the creative/intuition space!
This is about true GUIDANCE as that's what a guru provides! This is all about getting deeper into your business or really getting strategic to build one out. The one thing that is needed is often a guide that provides guardrails and providing a space for accountability. Entrepreneurs that operate any size business can get in their own way.
What if you're not the creative type but you know you need that infused into your business?
How do you hold yourself accountable to get the items you hate completed?
The best way is to get a HUMAN to be your guide and help you look at things with vision and strategy.
Here's what this work together covers to help you build out for the first time and/or grow and scale:
- Get guidance so that you can learn. how to get out of the head and into your vision
- Learn what you should and should NOT do online regarding your content, site, etc.)
- Learn how to reorganize your and/or your team's daily priorities and reset them as needed. This includes looking at who you’re targeting, helping you to build a persona (aka avatar) if need be, and structuring out what needs to be completed week-to-week with overarching goals
- Understand where there are roadblocks - whether they be physical, budgetary, technical, mental, or otherwise
- Help you to create a new strategic plan to help you enhance your creativity in content to drive sales/marketing purposes - UNLEASH YOUR UNIQUE GENIUS
- Teach you how to streamline operational processes or integrate tech that will help add value to your overall structure
- Help you set up KPIs (measuring sticks that will help you move forward)
- Hold you accountable to show up and get to work so that things don't get done faster
- Teach you how to hire and train people if you need to scale as needed to help you get out of the minutia and be able to CREATE your business at the level you're seeking

NOTE: With this package, Team Gu does not IMPLEMENT anything but instead helps the business owner/leader implement. Team Gu TEACHES/GUIDES, but could help implement with additional budget availability which is entirely dependent on what is needed. This is also about training around things and helping with what to integrate to make life easier. This may even mean hiring within your budget means and more.
